To ensure stable access to content hosted on its servers, the journal implements a series of procedures, including:

• data backup to protect against potential loss;
• technology monitoring to prevent issues with format conversion or outdated software;
• preservation of metadata for long-term digital preservation;
• use of Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) for unique identification of publications.

Additionally, the journal stores metadata and full-text articles in national and international repositories, ensuring the long-term availability of publications. One such repository is the Institutional Repository of the National Academy of Management Personnel of Culture and Arts and the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.
