Інформаційні технології в освітньому менеджменті: культуротворчі виміри

Анотація

Мета статті – дослідити роль інформаційних технологій в освітньому менеджменті та їх культуротворчий вияв. Методологія дослідження передбачає використання міждисциплінарного підходу, а також сукупності методів: аналітичного, синтетичного, культурологічного, що дало змогу комплексно розглянути означену проблематику та сформулювати обґрунтовані висновки. Наукова новизна полягає в системному узагальненні освітнього менеджменту та його основних тенденцій розвитку на основі впливу інформаційних технологій, а також виявленні культуротворчих інтенцій, з огляду на формування креативного середовища закладів вищої освіти. Висновки. Інформаційні цифрові технології активно долучаються до впровадження в освітню сферу і її трансформацію, безпосередньо змінюючи алгоритми освітнього менеджменту та загалом принципи здійснення управлінської діяльності в ЗВО. Численні технічні можливості створили паралельний віртуальний простір, де не лише здійснюється обмін інформацією, але й відбувається необмежена комунікація, власна репрезентація, трансляція цінностей, а також функціональна професійна спрямованість у різних сферах діяльності, які визначають принципи організації життєдіяльності суспільства. Інформаційні технології як полімодальний інформаційний та соціокультурний простір, беззаперечно, виступають суб’єктом впливу у функціонуванні освітньої сфери суспільства, активно генеруючи нові значення, ціннісні орієнтири, професійні компетентності та настанови для соціуму. Відповідно системний освітній менеджмент має ґрунтуватися на таких інформаційних технологіях, які сприятимуть ухваленню адекватних управлінських рішень у межах формування гуманістичної освітньої парадигми, де одним з вагомих чинників є принцип культуротворчості освітнього і соціокультурного простору
